At Vetsource, I lead Data and Product Engineering — a 30+ person organization spanning data engineering, integrations, MLOps, and partner delivery. I work fluently with AI and emerging capabilities, not as a buzzword, but as a practical lens I apply to technology decisions, team development, and competitive strategy.
My approach is rooted in building resilient engineering cultures. Whether it's scaling integration ecosystems to support rapid revenue growth or architecting data platforms that organizations run on for years, I focus on creating systems that are both technically sound and deeply aligned with business outcomes.
